Maverick Pearl Remedies
My heart is inditing a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. Psalm 45:1

Ciao, Bella!
My name is Danielle & I’m so happy you’re here 🦋
Maverick Pearl Remedies exists because I tried many things to “fix” me and it flat out did not work.
From yoga to weed to New Age meditation to Pharma pills to Vedic astrology, I dabbled in various starry-eyed concepts to no avail.
At first these methods seem innocent and well-meaning, but the benefits are fleeting.
Worse, the origins of these practices aren’t rooted in God.
Yet they became my god.
I was putting my faith and trust in systems and feelings that, instead of filling me up, were leaving me void.
Which is quite funny, because I was utilizing these techniques to begin with in order to fill a void.
I realized a hard truth: when God is not the direct healing source, all other methods are merely a vain resource.
It took me years to realize true healing begins when we draw from the wellspring of God, and God alone.
Extra resources may accompany the healing journey, but when the power and love of God take root first, we bloom abundantly.
And if we aren’t rooted in Yahweh first and foremost, we can’t bless others with our plentiful harvest.
The Birth
God knows I love research, writing, and the Bible, and so Maverick Pearl Remedies was freebirthed through many sessions of pondering and prayer.
God called me to create a ministry imparting maverick pearls of wisdom that inculcate, renew, and regenerate the body, mind, and spirit in Christ Jesus.
He showed me what religion can’t: true healing takes place when God first reveals to us what’s in our own heart.
The ugly, nasty, sinful parts of our heart. How our trauma, inner wounds, upbringing, adverse circumstances, and more, shape us, and in many cases, turn our hearts cold.
“And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.” Ezekiel 36:26
God discloses the moral condition of our heart and conducts the spiritual heart surgery only He can perform!
But this isn’t an overnight procedure.
We are intricately designed by a perfect God, so only the ultimate heart mender can weave us back together perfectly.
And when our heart remediates, our body, mind, and spirit will begin to heal, too.
“Above all else, guard your heart. For everything you do flows from it.” (Proverbs 4:23)
This is all Glory to God and His plan for not just my life, but to everyone called according to His purpose!
God is working it all out for your good (Romans 8:28)
You need only have faith.
I pray this site blesses you with Scripture-inspired wisdom and messages that kickstart your journey into learning and healing with Yahweh.

The Beginning
In 2014 I lost someone dear to me. I had many questions, and I wanted answers.
I came searching for the truth about God, heaven, humans, animals, the earth, and why we exist if nothing in life ever feels okay.
These questions led me to the Bible.
So I began reading.
I began praying.
I began researching.
And suddenly, I could feel the presence of Yahweh.
He knew I would come searching at that exact time in my life and He pulled me in real close.
God lifted the rose-colored veil that had been shielding my eyes from seeing the truth all these years.
The problem was, at first I didn’t fully lean into God’s goodness and love and help.
I was still trying to do things my own way: only letting God into some avenues of my life while I still controlled many others.
Reading God’s word was what I loved most, but I became exactly what the book of James warns against: I was a hearer and not a doer.
Because of this, I took on major life decisions alone, without God’s guidance.
Knowingly going against the word of God and making my life much more difficult and complicated in the process. Wreaking havoc on my body and polluting my mind with things God never intended for me to endure.
And if you know, then you know how the enemy works.
He was in my ear as soon as I got saved. I listened and believed his many lies and distractions, allowing his accusatory jabs to seer my mind and beat me down.
Satan’s favorite thing is to manipulate and twist God’s truths like he did to Eve.
He will bring up your past even though we are forgiven by a loving and merciful God (Psalm 103:8), so you bet he didn’t miss a beat with me.
Not to mention, the enemy, as well as culture at large, wants us to remain unforgiving to those who’ve wronged us! Demonic forces will use both our own sins and the sins others committed against us to gain access into our lives. Matter-of-fact, this is exactly how the enemy gains territory.
Coming into agreement with his lies gives the enemy an open door to our spiritual, mental, and physical temple (Ephesians 4:27). Satan knows Scripture, and he knows unforgiveness hinders our spiritual walk (Mark 11:25-26).
I was focusing too heavily on the resounding pain of my past, even my present circumstances. It seemed like Satan gaining ground in my life was impossible to puncture.
Except I wasn’t alone. I had the chief healer and helper of all the universe by my side. The one who is going to crush the serpent’s head when He returns to earth. I have Jesus as my bestie, the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and Yahweh/God Himself. What a heavenly trinity of divine grace.
Rise Up
A couple years ago I watched the show Maid on Netflix. And there is one scene I will never forget.
The main character Alex (Margaret Qualley) is emotionally (as well as mentally and psychologically) abused by her alcoholic boyfriend. They even share a child together named Maddy.
In one climactic scene, Alex is sitting on a beaten-up couch analyzing the true extent of the situation befallen her.
Alex watches both her callous father and abusive boyfriend get drunk together, with neither having a care in the world for her or Maddy’s wellbeing.
That’s when she begins to internalize herself sinking deep into the couch. As if falling down a black hole with no way to climb her way out.
That scene is all too relatable to me. I know this feeling, and maybe you do, too. When I got to this point there was one Bible verse repeatedly popping up when I needed to see it most:
But Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 26:19
No one was coming to save me, because Jesus already did.
And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
The situation seemed impossible to dig myself out of because it totally was, IF I did it all on my own. But God was saying, Arise, take up your bed, and walk! So I rose up and best believe I ain’t lookin’ back.
The enemy wages a spiritual war against us in the triad of body, mind, and spirit. And frankly, we sometimes do this to ourselves without any help from fallen entities (the devil and his minions don’t get all the credit!)
You can imagine how much this battle wears us down and takes a clawing toll on our physical, spiritual, and mental wellbeing when we fight alone.
We can let it slowly wreck us, or allow God to make His strength perfect in our weakness against it (2 Corinthians 12:9).
God does all the heavy lifting while we simply do the trusting.
When we rest, trust, and hope in God’s power to rise up, we soar. 🦅
